AcadifyOS Refund Policy

AcadifyOS is a subscription-based sports academy management platform offered by Palefire Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. We use trusted payment gateways (including Razorpay) to process fees. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

1. What this covers

This Refund Policy applies to paid AcadifyOS subscriptions purchased directly from us (including through Razorpay). It does not cover third-party services you integrate with AcadifyOS.

2. Subscription model

  • Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly, annual, or as stated at checkout) until you cancel.
  • Plan pricing, limits, and taxes are shown at checkout or inside your admin settings.
  • Charges are collected via PCI-DSS compliant processors (e.g., Razorpay, PhonePay).

3. Cancellations

  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the current paid period ends.

4. Refund eligibility

  • Change of mind: Generally not refundable once a billing period has started.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charge: Eligible for review and reversal after verification.
  • Billing error by us: We will correct the charge and issue a refund.
  • Statutory rights: If applicable law requires a refund, we will comply.

5. How to request

Email contact@acadifyos.com with your account email, invoice/transaction ID, amount, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify ownership and the transaction.

6. Exceptions

  • Abuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity may make you ineligible for a refund.
  • Charges from third-party integrations are governed by those providers’ terms.

7. Timeframes

A duplicate payment refund will be processed and credited with 7–14 business days.

Proof of the duplicate payment may be required.
