Our story
The idea was born from frustration. The founding team spent years watching talented academy owners struggle with mismatched tools — Google Sheets for attendance, WhatsApp for communications, Excel for billing, and their phones for everything else. The result was always the same: missed follow-ups, delayed payments, and unhappy parents.
We built AcadifyOS to be the single operating system that replaces all of that. Today, academies across India use AcadifyOS to manage CRM, admissions, fee billing, attendance, exams, staff, and multiple venues — from one dashboard.
