Attendance module

Attendance Management Software Built on Face Recognition

No manual registers. No proxy attendance. Students check in at a kiosk and attendance is logged and notified in real time.

The problem

What manual attendance actually costs you

Manual registers

A staff member marks attendance by hand for every batch, every session — time that could go into actual coaching.

Proxy attendance

Without a way to verify who's actually present, buddy check-ins and proxy marking go unnoticed.

No real-time visibility

Parents and admins find out about an absence hours (or days) later, if at all.

How it works

Three steps, no app or card required

1

Student walks up to the kiosk

No app, no card, no ID to carry or forget.

2

Face is recognized instantly

Attendance is logged automatically against the right batch and session.

3

Notification sent in real time

Parents and staff see the attendance update immediately, not at end of day.

How we handle biometric data

Face-recognition attendance is the feature real academy owners ask us about most carefully, and rightly so. Facial data is used only to match a student to their attendance record, stored securely, and never sold or shared with third parties. See our security & trust center for exactly what's collected and how it's protected.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this compliant with student data-privacy expectations?
Biometric data is used only to match attendance and is stored securely — it is never shared with third parties. See our security & trust center for the full data-handling details.
What if a student's face isn't recognized?
Staff can mark attendance manually as a fallback from the same dashboard, so a kiosk misread never blocks a session from being recorded.
Does it work offline?
The kiosk queues attendance locally during a connectivity drop and syncs automatically once the connection is back — no attendance is lost.
Do I need face-recognition, or can I use manual attendance instead?
Both are supported. Manual mobile attendance is included on every plan; the face-recognition kiosk is available as an add-on.
