Overview
This Data Deletion Policy explains how organizations using AcadifyOS (a product of Palefire Pvt Ltd) can request deletion of their account and data, and what happens once that request is processed.
Data Ownership & Sharing
Any data we collect through the AcadifyOS platform — including student records, staff details, and academy operations data — is collected on behalf of the organization using our platform. We treat this data as the property of that organization. We do not have any system that shares an organization's data with any third party. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise disclose organization data outside of what is required to operate the platform on the organization's behalf.
Requesting Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and organization from AcadifyOS, send an email to contact@acadifyos.com with:
- Subject: ACCOUNT DELETION
- Body: The primary email address associated with your AcadifyOS account.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request, we will delete your account and organization data and confirm the deletion back to you by email. After deletion is confirmed, we do not retain any of the organization's data — all associated records are permanently removed from our database.
