AcadifyOS Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and our policies when using the Service.

• Paid features may be offered via subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits will be displayed at checkout or in your admin settings.
• Applicable taxes may be charged based on your billing address.
• You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for due amounts.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

• You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• AcadifyOS and its marks, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors.

• No illegal, harmful, harassing, infringing, or deceptive activities.
• No attempts to bypass security, probe, or overload systems.
• No reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or reselling without our consent.

The Service may integrate third-party products (e.g., payment gateways, messaging providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to use the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AcadifyOS and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we suspect unlawful or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
